Who Attends?
The American Historical Association is the largest membership association of professional historians in the world. Only the AHA brings together historians from all specializations and professions, embracing their breadth, variety, and ever-changing activity. The AHA has more than 11,000 members and 125 affiliate organizations, many of whom hold sessions as part of the AHA annual meeting. 3,000 historians attended our 2024 meeting in San Francisco.
