These e-newsletters include helpful hints and reminders of important upcoming deadlines. Be sure to review them on a timely basis and forward them to your booth staff to keep your entire team informed and up-to-date on all the happenings at the AHA annual meeting exhibits.

Beware of Attendee List Scammers

Unofficial marketing firms have contacted AHA exhibitors about marketing opportunities and AHA pre-registered attendee list rental. AHA takes privacy issues very seriously and does not share information about our members, meeting attendees, exhibitors, vendors, or affiliates. These companies soliciting attendee list rental are not affiliated with AHA.

Note that only the AHA Exhibitor website and official AHA Exhibitor Update newsletters will have official contacts for and information about renting mailing lists or e-mail advertising. Valid communications will come from emails that include “Email ID Text”@historians.org or AHA@heiexpo.com.

Do not reply to emails from "Event and Trade Show Coordinator", "delegateslist.com" or other parties claiming to sell AHA attendee lists.

Please see the opportunities on this page for ways to reach out to AHA attendees.
