The following benefits apply to the sponsorship opportunities listed below as indicated by the level.

Platinum ($30,000+)

  • Five complimentary conference registrations
  • Full-page ad in the annual meeting Program* or tote bag insert
  • Logo on signage at the meeting, in the annual meeting Program*, in the annual meeting app, on the meeting website, and in the special annual meeting issue of Perspectives on History, the AHA’s monthly newsmagazine.

Gold ($12,000+)

  • Two complimentary conference registrations

Bronze ($2,500+)

Supporting Sponsor ($1,000)

  • Listed on signage at the meeting, in the annual meeting Program*, in the annual meeting app, on the meeting website, and in the special annual meeting issue of Perspectives on History, the AHA’s monthly newsmagazine.

*Sponsorship must be secured by September 15 to be included in the annual meeting Program.

Welcome Reception ($12,000)

HIGH TECH AND LOW TECH

Headshot Booth ($6,000)

  • Sponsor the Headshot Booth and provide a free professional headshot photo to attendees to use on resumes or in social media. The headshot booth is extremely popular, and this sponsorship it is a great way to get your company exposure.
  • Sponsor logo on the sign at the headshot booth, as well as on the informational flyer provided to attendees who have their photograph taken.  
  • Sponsor also receives Silver level benefits listed above.


Coffee Break ($6,000)

  • Provide attendees with coffee service during the coffee break in the exhibit hall.
  • Sponsor logo on the sign at the coffee service. 
  • Sponsor also receives Silver level benefits listed above.

 

Annual Meeting App ($10,000) 

  • The AHA annual meeting app provides attendees with up-to-date information about conference sessions, exhibitors, receptions, maps, and other news directly on their smart phones and tablets. This is a great opportunity to highlight your presence at the meeting, new titles, or products and services.
  • Exclusive branding on the app
  • Clickable banner on the homepage linking to the sponsor’s website
  • Gold level benefits listed above

AHA Exhibit Booth ($6,000)

  • Sponsor the AHA’s booth in the exhibit hall and receive a 24” by 24” section of table space in the AHA booth to display your promotional materials (subject to AHA approval).  
  • Listed as the booth sponsor in any email or app marketing promoting the booth to attendees during the meeting
  • Sponsor logo on a sign in the sponsor’s 24” by 24” table space. 
  • Sponsor receives Silver level benefits listed above.

Annual Meeting--Main Webpage ($6,000)

  • The main annual meeting webpage (historians.org/annual-meeting) provides attendees with a comprehensive overview of the annual meeting and is a necessary stop for anyone looking for information about or registering for the meeting. This is a great opportunity to highlight your presence at the meeting, new titles, or products and services. 
  • Exclusive logo or advertisement placement in the side-bar on the main annual meeting webpage
  • Sponsor receives Silver level benefits listed above.

TOTE BAGS ($12,000) SOLD

  • Each registered attendee will receive a tote bag with your name and logo printed on one side in black and white. This is a sponsorship item that will be carried throughout the meeting as well as when they go home.
  • Gold level benefits listed above.

LANYards ($6,500) SOLD

  • All registered attendees will receive a lanyard to hang their badge from around their neck. Your company's name and logo will be featured on the official meeting lanyards.
  • Silver level benefits listed above

Award booklet ($2,500)

  • Include your advertisement in the booklet handed out at the AHA’s annual award ceremony, which takes place during the meeting. 
  • Bronze level benefits listed above

Presidential booklet ($2,500) 

  • Include your advertisement in the booklet handed out at the AHA’s annual presidential address, which takes place during the meeting.
  • Bronze level benefits listed above

REGISTRATION SUBSIDIES ($6,000 or $2,500)

Underwrite one of the AHA's reduced rate registration categories as an exclusive sponsor ($6,000) or co-sponsor ($2,500). Exclusive sponsorship comes with silver level benefits listed above. Co-sponsorship comes with bronze level benefits.
